Watch it grow instead of waiting for a reveal.

The build is fixed scope from the specification, paid in milestones, and shown to you every week. Nothing disappears for months and comes back finished.

Priced and paced before it starts

  • Timed to the job

From a few weeks for an operations build to a few months for a new product, set at the end of discovery.

  • Paid in milestones

The price is fixed from the specification. Each milestone is a working piece you can see and use.

  • Shown every week

The weekly call continues from discovery, and the decision log stays the single record of what was agreed.

You work directly with me from the first call to the handover. No account manager, no hand-offs.

What's inside a build

  • The system itself

The system the specification describes, built around how your business actually runs, with the exceptions handled rather than hidden.

  • Brand and website

When the project needs a brand or a public site, they're built inside the same milestones, not quoted separately.

  • Training your team

The people who will use it are trained on their own work, not on a demo, before launch.

  • Content

The words in the product, the help text and the launch material, written plainly.

  • Photography and video

Through a trusted photography and video partner, when the project calls for it.

It's yours from the first commit

The code lives in your repository, the data in your database, the hosting and every third-party service in accounts in your name. Documentation and a handover are standard deliverables, not extras, so you can bring in anyone else at any time.

How every engagement works

  1. A fixed price, agreed in writing before any work starts.
  2. Everything discovery produces is yours to keep, whether or not we continue.
  3. You own the code, the data and the accounts it runs in.
  4. The care plan is optional, and if a smaller piece of work answers the question, that's what I'll propose.

Book a call

A free call of twenty to thirty minutes about the problem, the rough scope, whether it fits, and what the next step would be. If it isn't a fit, I'll say so.
